Fernco Standard Couplings, sometimes referred to as shear couplers, are simple, easy to use drainage pipe connectors. Standard couplings are specifically designed to connect and repair pipes on adopted sewer and drainage applications, as required by the UK water companies.
The stainless steel central band protects the joint under shear loads and helps to keep the joining pipes aligned, helping to prevent pipe displacement. These simple yet effective connectors can be tightened onto pipes using a nut driver and torque wrench, creating a permanent airtight and watertight seal in just seconds.

Our delivery policy
We will deliver items as soon as we can. An estimated delivery date will be provided on the checkout pages. For stock items, this may be as soon as the next day; for out-of-stock items, it could take a few days longer.
Local deliveries are free of charge and apply to customers based in and around our SW18, Wandsworth, location. A full list of qualifying local delivery postcode areas are listed below:
