We have found this company to be excellent. We had visited a couple of other bathroom showrooms, though found them slightly pushy and more expensive.
Bathrooms at Source were different when we walked in. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the team listened to what we wanted. Tiles at Source opposite had a great selection, with excellent knowledge to help us achieve what we wanted. The final price was reasonable.
Finally our fitter was excellent, keeping us updated throughout and working with us to ensure we are happy with the end result, which we are!

What nice genuine people. I had a great experience from my initial conversation with Charlie to the ease of ordering online. Big shout out to Cammy and Terry that saved a potentially wasted trip to collect my order. Starting with Cammy who offered to pick up my order from the warehouse in case I arrived after they closed, to fixing the order when we discovered the right part was not in the box; then finding a replacement and between her and Terry ensuring that I left a satisfied customer. Go and see their showroom anyway. If they weren’t closing, I would have spent longer looking at their various options that have given me some ideas and will require my return.

Loved working with Bathrooms at Source. Excellent family run business who really go above and beyond and do right by you as a customer.
We recently used their services to completely renovate our bathrooms. Tammy at Bathrooms at source was FANTASTIC! I haven’t seen such excellent customer service. She was quick to understand the kind of fittings we were looking for, sent us detailed specifications, pictures and costing so we knew exactly what we would get. She helped make the whole process of choosing all fittings super smooth.
We were prepared for things to be amiss. To our surprise, there were hardly any hiccups. The two fittings we had issues with, were proactively and promptly replaced without us having to chase them at all. It was a pleasure to work with them. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!

We are in the middle of a full house renovation. We visited several bathroom shops across SW London before discovering Bathrooms at Source. From the moment we stepped into their store, the service we received was excellent. Their team provided us with a free consultation, helping us design both our bathroom and cloakroom using 3D modelling. They expertly guided us through product selection, ensuring we made the best choices for our home.
As complete novices in this process, we were often indecisive, but the team remained professional, patient, and incredibly kind. Their communication was outstanding—they regularly updated our quotes as we made changes, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Once we finalised our selections, they handled ordering and delivery with remarkable efficiency.
We were so impressed with their service that we decided to purchase all our radiators from them as well. Again, they were exceptionally helpful and efficient. When one radiator arrived with a manufacturing defect—through no fault of theirs—the manufacturer initially refused to replace it. Bathrooms at Source, however, went above and beyond, persistently advocating on our behalf. After a week of relentless effort, they succeeded in securing a free replacement for us.
We are absolutely delighted with our experience and cannot recommend Bathrooms at Source highly enough. Their dedication, expertise, and customer service are truly outstanding!

I saw a sponsored advert via Instagram right around the time I was looking to purchase a shower for their sale. I’m decorating and revamping my bathroom and needed a new shower.
To say that it was very timely and also worth it is an understatement. I had two gents take their time to patiently show me the various options that I was looking for and I was able to get exactly what I wanted with a greet discount.
Not only was their banter on point, they kindly helped me get the shower into the car. The owner is also really lovely and she took the time to recommend the shower I ended up buying.
Highly recommended as a store for great stock and customer service. I’d give 10/5 if I could. Now have to shout at my son to get out of the shower, hahaha.

Rang this company as I could tell from the reviews and set up that they would give me 'correct' customer service. Rang, wanting to place order for a product, which turned out to be out of stock with the brand, yet Tammy went over and above trying to help me source an alternative, however this was unavailable too. Because so many companies are awful at Customer Service, when you receive what you like it feels rare. Tammy gave me contact names, explained the stock situation in the broader market and had the sense to offer help and supply of other products to us in the future. She took my details, treated me like a human customer with potential, along with a bright and jolly attitude. I'd made various other calls looking for the same item and no one else asked me my name or number! You made a very impressive lasting memory despite not being able to fulfil my current need. Thank you.

We are thrilled with the results of our B@S bathroom renovation. They have transformed our poorly laid out and leaky loft shower room into a stunning and functional bathroom.
From our first design meeting with Laura and then our more detailed site planning and product scoping meeting with Terry getting the ball rolling was very easy. The team were able to translate our vision and suggest good quality and appropriately priced products that worked together.
We decided to wait for one of the B@S fitters rather than use our own builder and it was definitely worth it. Szymon was amazing, he was tidy and conscientious, worked with us to agree all the details on site and the level of finish is excellent. Terry provided oversight for the project so everything ran very smoothly (despite Covid and Brexit throwing up some curve balls!)

Bathrooms at Source was recommended to us when we had our loft converted in January 2020. From the moment we walked into the shop Terry, Tammy and the rest of the team were friendly, available, and extremely helpful. We chose the style we liked, and Tammy pulled together different designs based on price bracket options. Being a local family business, we received great customer service throughout and will be going back when the next bathroom gets done! We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new bathroom. Ordered 4 Kitchen taps for a project, arrived next day as described Thankyou Plumbing At Source
We came across Plumbing At Source online they have been so helpful. I emailed them our room sizes and they put a design and a full bathroom quotation for us. The Deliveries quick and all items arrived at once. From knowing nothing about bathrooms I knew as soon as I spoke to the Online Sales I knew I was going to order from them.
Only Online shop that had the radiator valves in stock I wanted. Arrived fitted Perfect.
